PHX Training are running a 2 week customer service course which is linking in with Job vacancies at Tesco’s. We have managed to secure vacancies at 2 sites in west Cumbria, Whitehaven and Workington.

As part of the Tesco offer,  PHX are offering guaranteed interviews to all participants with 4 people then being selected to be put forward to Tesco’s for hire across the 2 sites. The learner must be ages between 19 and 30 and be physically able with an interest in retail or customer service

The details of the opportunity is as follows:

• Learners will attend a 2 week customer service L1 course where digital skills and budgeting will be imbedded
• Learner will them complete on the 30^th of October with 4 learners being selected for a 4 day work placement
• Upon completion of work placements a 16 hour contract will then be offered if the learner proves to be capable in the role.
• For any learners who are unsuccessful, a dedicated careers advisor will be appointment to support them in their job search
